So all we got was the bear no rod for the toilet paper and no screws to mount it!

Too Heavy for brackets in paw

Love the size and detail, however the brackets inside the paw were a bit weak and become loose. Utilizing just the two brackets to hold this to the wall with the weight does not handle it. Will have to beef up the handing arrangement for it to properly work.

As some have mentioned, it's bigger than I visualized the dimensions to be, but it's so fun it doesn't matter. My criticism is that you have to buy narrower toilet rolls to make it usable. Regular rolls don't fit. The other issue is that it is very difficult to change the rolls. The way the unit is made is tight and it is hard to get the holder in and out. But if you aren't going through lots of toilet tissue in it, it may not be an issue. We had to chisel the inside a little so it was easier.
