Bear River Quilt - King

I ordered 2 quIlts for something new in my bedroom. I opened this quilt and my breath was taken. I do not know why I even bothered to open the second quilt. This is exactly what I wanted. I was worried that the green trim around the bottom of the bear quilt was a frog green, but it is a beautiful green. The picture online and in the catalog canNOT even come close to how this pretty this quilt is. I thought the raving reviews of this quilt were too good to be true and even may have been written by the maker’s family. BUT, they were right and I absolutely love this quilt. Anyone who comes to my house, has to first go into my bedroom and see this quilt. So very happy I ordered it and the pillow shams!

Bought this because of the upbeat color combination. It folds really flat because of its thinness. The compact quilt was made by Donna, so it is a complex design. All the different shapes and colors are specially dyed pieces of fabric made specifically for this quilt. Throughout the quilt is intricate stitching to provide long lasting durability, while dressing up the appearance. It's not for everyone, but if you're considering it; I feel confident in urging you to buy, because it will be better than you are thinking.
