now that I finally have my lamp, I also have the same problem with the socket for the light bulb. it's loose too. and I can't quite get the lamp shade to stay on level. the bears are nicely detailed. also like the size of the lamp.

Black Bear Lamp
I really do love this lamp, it is beautiful. My only reason for giving it 4/5 stars is that the place where you screw in the lightbulb is loose in the lamp itself...I'm sure we will be able to make it work, but it flops around on initial delivery; almost like it wasn't ever secured properly. Other than that, this is a fantastic fit for our guest bedroom!
