After receiving this rug, I left a 1 star review because it started coming apart very soon after I put it down. Black Forest contacted me the next day and after sending pictures, they shipped a new rug. The new one has been down a couple of weeks and shows no sign of any problems. I appreciate Black Forest's quick response and willingness to quickly make it right.
