Several issues with this product. Product itself is great, but it is not packaged well. Ours arrived with the pieces needed to put it together thrown all over the truck floor. Not all pieces were recovered. A large portion of the bed is delivered packaged very well, but other pieces are not, resulting in a broken ladder. Delivery company will only do a curbside delivery--so make sure you have someone who can bring the large, heavy pieces to where they need to be in your house. Not all the pieces were delivered at one time--company forgot two pieces that had to be shipped separately. And, delivery company (I believe ours was FedEx) would not deliver on a gravel road (this was going to our vacation home--in a gated community--so not in the middle of nowhere--but with a gravel road). Delivery company also had the wrong address the first attempt to deliver. Lots of details to take care of to insure a quick, one time delivery. We still have not taken care of getting a replacement ladder--hopefully we won't have problems with that. If I had to do it over again . . . I love the product but not the hassle of getting it and putting it together.
