Better than expected. Beautiful and sturdy. Have completed the look of my living room

I wanted a lamp for our cabin that complements the rustic feel. It came today. It is well-made and beautiful! My only complaint is that it says “VINTAGE LANTERN” on both sides of the base! I couldn’t tell this by the picture. They didn’t need to put that on it for people to realize what it’s supposed to be. I wish it didn’t have that, but I still love it.

I have a lamp that was given to me, just like this, only red in color, and has a smoked glass shade for the lower bulb. My problem is that when we moved to our new home, the glass in the lower section got broke. I would like to know if one can buy a new globe / shade that is smoked for the bottom where the smaller light is. I love the lamp and the way it works. It is a beautiful piece of furniture, especially if you live in a railroad town like Altoona, Pa.

We absolutely love this lamp! Arrived in great condition except that the lamp shade was crumpled around the bottom edge. Called BlackForest Decor and they replaced it for me...recieved new shade in just a day or two! Great customer service!

This lamp is much more beautiful in person. We have had so many compliments on them. Great but. Customer service is fantastic. Could not be more pleased with the product and service!

Bought two of these for our bedroom. We have custom log bedside tables. They are so pretty. I especially like the the soft glow flickering night light that is in the lantern part. The way this lamp works is the first turn lights the nightlight, second turns on the lamp and the third turns on both nightlight and lamp. Shade is like a burlap. I liked the detail of the dark piping around the shade. Very happy.

Ordered 2 of these lamps to go with our log bed and bedside tables. They look stunning! The burlap shade softens the light and I like the piping around the shade giving extra detail. A three way bulb works perfect. How it works is the first turn of the switch turns on the lovely flickering night night. The color is gorgeous. The second turns on the main light while turning off the night light and the last turn lights up both bulbs. The lantern look is clean, simple and not gaudy or cheap looking. We LOVE these lamps.
